Switched 2wks ago but not heard back



I switched (or thought I did) to Homeshift from British Gas a couple wks ago but just got radio silence since. What should happen next? Bit concerned that I don’t know if they’re still my supplier or if you are now?



I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received an update about your switch. :pensive: The process usually takes 18-21 days. In that period, your previous supplier will continue to supply you with energy and that bill is just the final bill for that period to close your account.
